As I stood in church yesterday, and popped the communion wafer into my mouth, I suddenly froze. How can my DIET be coming to mind as I am taking in the body and blood of Christ with this bread and wine?! I laughed inside and shared with my friend who with me after the service.

It was a funny and humbling experience, but I can proudly say that I CHOSE to eat and drink alcohol yesterday because Jesus told me to do so in remembrance of Him.

That is sooo funny I laughed out loud when I read it. I missed communion last month and I had never thought of it. Next time just take a pack of Medifast crackers and some water and substitute it
Just kidding about that last part please no one get offended!
