Thank you! I appreciate everyone's support and compliments! You all are the best!

My sons took a look at the before and after pics and were shocked! They didn't realize I had changed so much... I guess it's because they see me everyday, all the time.. My oldest son Sal said, "Wow Mom! you REALLY DID lose alot of weight!"
I'm happy they noticed that I am no longer "Mrs. Shrek"! :mrgreen:

Let's keep shakin'! :exercise:

Hee hee! That makes those kids pretty incredible kids, too!

:rollrolleyes: I'm blushing! You are all too kind! Thank you for the compliments. I'm really not used to this!

My after pics are a little blurry because we used the video camera to take a still shot... but we will getting a new digital camera soon so I can take better pics. :mrgreen:

Blurry or not, Kanani, what an incredible transformation!!! And I agree with DeDe -- you look so much younger!! Are you sure you're old enough to have a 16 year old?!?

Thank you Diana and LadyT! I'm blushing again! :rollrolleyes: I'm 39 and hitting the big 4-0 in March! When I was 170+ pounds I really looked my age or older I think.

You look great, kids are such helpers, mine have asked if I want every this or that informercial diet/exercise product for Christmas. However, I think their help may actually help keep me on track. Until then know you look MARVELOUS ;)

Thank you Biki and Lucy! I've always had a hard time acccepting compliments and have had a habit of deflecting them. I don't know if It was because i thought I was undeserving or I didn't believe it. But I read somewhere that we must accept and internalize the compliments that people give us. Thank you again! :)
