Today was a great day. I didn't feel hungry at the usual times today, so it was nice.

6:00am - hot cocoa
9:00am - oatmeal
1:00am - mint bar
2:30 pm - white chedder soy crisps
4:00pm - chocolate pudding
7:00pm - chicken & greens/tomato/onion
10:00pm - banana shake
70oz water throughout the day
Can you tell I have my favorite supplements.....
