Yes Biki! Thanks!

I feel way better this morning! Almost back to my normal self. Yesterday I still felt a little bit crampy in the stomach and I was actually afraid to eat my L&G, but I did and felt okay after. I had my Hot Cocoa just now and felt a tinge queezy but no biggy. Much better than Wednesday. I should be at 100% by tomorrow. :yeah:

Uh oh here we go again! I thought I was on the road to getting better, but I was running to the toilet all night last night! :( And then today, my three year old and I went to the health food store to pick up some probiotic for my stomach, and he yelled,"Mommy, I gotta go right now!!!" Luckily we were right by the bathroom. Sure enough, he was was sick too. I really don't know what it is, but I got him some children's probiotic too.

Like I said, one good thing is I really don't have an appetite so it is really easy to stay on track right now.

Yes! Thanks Biki and Dede. I feel 100% today. Now I can focus these last few pounds that gotta go! I did drop a pound because I was so sick. We'll see if it stays off by roll call on Sunday. So I'm not gonna count it as a true loss yet.

My kids are totally healthy again too, so every thing is back to normal. Hooray!

Kanani~ I'm glad to hear you are doing better. Being sick is the absolute pits. I'm sorry your family ended up getting it as well.

It's so nice to have concerned friends! :hugblue: Thanks Biki and Donica!

On Stormy's journal I mentioned that the scale has not moved for me in months. I've been compliants for 99% of the time. Alpha said that spiking the calories for a few days might help my body by changing things up a bit. I'm gonna try that. I'll be carefull not to overdo it, like she says.

Enjoy the extra food and I hope it works for you! I have been at 208 for three days and it is driving me crazy. I can't imagine months!

Kanani-

I think you are gonna break through that plateau when you shake up your eating, like you said you were gonna try.And then like I said to Dede, I feel the rest will just melt away...you are such an inspiration. Keep it up...nothing but success is meant for someone as detrermined as you!!! :)

You can get through it!

If you need a shake up, try it! You'll get through this! I'm SO glad everyone's feeling better.
