I'm still alive! Thank you Maisy, Sojo and Katie for stopping by!!!

Still shaking off the stress-mode which seems to have taken over the year 2008. Soooo many opportunities for growth if you know what I mean  .

One bright ray of sunshine....... My oldest son graduates from high school tomorrow!!! HALLELUJAH!!!!!!!!!!! :yay: I've been praying for months that this boy would be able to pass all of his classes, walk in the graduation line, and receive his diploma!! Thank you LORD!!!!

So I am on track and getting better each day.

Thanks Mike!!!

The islands are a perfect paradise, as usual! We've been having great weather lately and the Vog(volcano fog) has been wisked away by the trade winds. Two weeks ago, it was soooo thick that it looked like L.A. on a bad day. We couldn't even see the mountains.

The graduation was awesome! I am a proud mama!

I got through my first three days and should be well on my way to ketosis to start letting go some of this fat that I've accumulated.
My goal is to shed all of the weight I've gained back and get to 125 by July 1.

Have a great day everyone! :D

Thanks Diana and Sojo! Thanks for stopping by. :wavie:
Diana you're a sweetheart! I looked a t your recent pics and you are stunning... What a great inspiration you are! (And Mike's not half bad either! )

Yes Sojo! I did give my son your congratulations! Yes, I am still glowing with pride and relief from the graduation. BTW, I love your avatar!!! You are beautiful!!!!

My restart is going, slowly but going.... It seems as though it isn't as easy this time around and it's taking longer to see results. I'm going to have to kick in some cardio and weight training to kick start my messed up metabolism. But I am proud of myself for getting this far without cheating. My hunger has subsided so now I can really focus on being healthy!

I am committed to logging on to the forum daily. That seemed to be the secret to my success the first time.

Here's to a skinny and healthy summer everyone!! :toast:

Yes!!!!!! One more kid out of school for the summer, one more to go!
My second son had his "Right of Passage" ceremony today for middle school. He is now officially a High School Student!

My youngest son had an "Asian Celebration"Party for his Pre-Kindergarten class and their families to end their studies of Asia and the end of the year... OMG..... Everyone brought a dish from either, Japan, Korea, Thailand, China, or Philipines. There was enough food for 100 people!! Thank goodness they had alot of salads and chicken, so that was my L&G for the day. I stayed away from all of the desserts.... His last day of school is tomorrow! Yay!

Hurray! The scale is finally moving!! I lost 4 pounds this week! ( More like overnight. The scale moved 4 pounds from yesterday!) I think I was holding on to water due to the monthly visitor.)

I feel so much better, and my midsection has slimmed down a bit, so I'm a happy girl!

Have a great day everyone! :D

I didn't get much sleep last night... Our Bunny had babies yesterday. 6 of them  ! We don't know anything about newborn rabbits so it's been exciting and a little scary. I spent alot of time googling info. so I feel okay about this whole thing. I got about 3 hours of sleep last night because I was so worried about the babies. So far so good!

I'm doing great on my eating. I can tell I am well into ketosis. I'm not hungry or craving anything! Yay!

Thanks Mike and Tawanda!

I'm still on track. The scale inched downward a little more. I wish it would go faster. I can see the difference in my mid-section and especially my face. I don't look like a chipmunk storing food in my cheeks anymore! I'm starting my workout program today and will be adding another supplement or maybe more L&G... I'll have to see how hard I workout today.

Baby bunnies did not survive  Their mommy was just too young, and didn't have the mommy instinct and would not feed them. I tried to hand feed them, but they would not take the replacement milk. It was sooo sad. The vet said they also had a bacterial infection, so the chances of surviving were even slimmer.

Have a great day everyone!
