Just to set the record straight. That picture was a joke between bebes and me. When we were shopping and I took that picture, bebes vetoed it because she felt it was less than flattering. I told her I thought it would be funny to post it with a bad photoshop edit....just for fun. And it was funny to us. I had a good laugh. :roflmao:

The rest of the month will be the same. I won't be on the forum much... just to peek in to see what's goingn on, and to update you on my progress! We're in full swing with wedding stuff, but i'll be a regular after July 7!

I'm just fully into wedding mode...busy getting things together for my friend's wedding on July 7!

Thanks for being concerned Mike. I just haven't had much time to get to the forum as much as I usually do. Looks like everyone is doing well!
I'll be posting daily again after the 7th! :mrgreen:

Not a good week. I almost lost my Mom, Literally, while we were camping. We woke up and she and her suitcase, carry bag and purse were gone. We searched the entire campgrounds, with the help of the military police (bellows afb camp site). With no avail. My hubby drove to the main road which was one mile out, pulled to the side of the road and said a prayer to ask God to help him look for her.... Out of his mouth came "GO HOME NOW!" He was shocked to hear those words come out of his mouth, but he obeyed.

He waited there for 15 minutes.... then he heard someone at the back door. It was my mother. My husband ran to see who dropped her off, but they were gone. She was missing between 3am and 6:30am and arrived at our home at 9:00am. Until today she cannot recall what happened to her or how she got home.

It was God and guardian angels that brought her home safely. To him and to the sweet angel who brought her home, I am truly grateful.

Thank you for your concern everyone. Yes, it was a very scary situation. My mother's condition with her short term memory loss is starting to deteriorate even further. We thought she would be fine camping, as long as she was with us, but we now know that she gets disoriented in her sleep, and if she is not in her own room, she has no idea where she is.

It has been hard staying on plan this week. My emotional eating took over during this situation. I am back on track today as the last 6 days before the wedding approaches.

Just enough time to say I'm alive. It is the eve on the wedding and am on my way to decorate the reception site. Wedding is as 9:30am, counting down.... so far so good!

BUT, she's not speaking of her wedding ~ she's in a wedding. :lol:

I just thought I'd speak up on her behalf, 'cause she prolly won't make it back on here this weekend and by then there might be a bunch of "Congrats on your wedding!" messages...

Cool graphic, though.

Kanani ~ I hope you have a great time and that you don't outshine the bride by too much. Which is highly unlikely, unless she's some sort of supermodel or something! Of course, you know we expect pics!!
