Had a great day yesterday. I stayed on track even goin to lunch with my friend and my late night date with my Hubby. :mrgreen:
My cravings aren't too bad this morning, it's usually late afternoon when it get's dangerous. Yesterday I saved my bar for that time and it got me through.

FJ for Sat. Feb. 24 -
8:00am - chocolate shake
10:30am - oatmeal
11:00am- decaf fatfree Latte w/sugarfree vanilla torani's syrup(starbucks)
1:00pm - mint bar
4:30pm - chocolate shake
6:30pm - L&G
10:30pm - Chocolate Pudding

I did good yesterday, but didn't have time to log it.

My new order came in and I got my RTD's. So I tried it for the first time this morning. It tastes pretty good. It would be better if I chilled it. I gotta hide them though, because it looks like the chocolate milk I buy for my kids! It's the same kind of packaging.

Still PMSing, but hanging in there! :twisted:

Food Journal- Monday Feb.26

7:00am- RTD
10:15am- Chocolate Appetite Supp. Shake.
11:00am - Soy Crisps
1:30pm - Mint Bar
4:00pm - Shake
7:30pm - L&G
10:00pm- Shake
1:00am- chocolate pudding

I stayed up really late watching 2 movies with my hubby, so I had to add another supp before bed.

I know what you are talking about. My son Loves the RTD's I really dont mind if he has one every once in awhile. But when 7 of his friends come over and he hands them out to drink thats when I have the problem. He is only 8 I really do not tell him exactly what it is. Because then he would say OOH Gross.

He thinks I am drinking Chocolate Milk all the time.

Same here. My 3 year old thinks it's cool that we can drink "chocolate milk" together. :mrgreen:

10:00am - 1/4 L&G ( Little leftover from last night. I needed something a little more substantial this morning, very hungry, which is really different for me, since I usually get hungry in the late afternoon.)
12:00pm - Shake
2:30pm - Bar
5:00pm- shake
7:30pm - L&G (Had a little more than I should've)

Cravings should be subsiding today, Since TOM is here. I usually have bad cravings before it shows up, and then it gets better after that.

I didn't get enough water in yesterday. Gotta make sure I guzzle it today. :water:

Today is March 1. The countdown begins. I'll be 40 in 13 days. I'll be a happy camper when I can get out of the 130's for my birthday. I will be even more elated when I can get to 120! :thumbup:

I was to lazy to log in the rest of my food journal. I did okay.

FJ -March 1

7:00am-chocolate shake
9:30am - oatmeal
12:00pm -mint bar
1:30pm- chedder soy crisps
3:00 pm- shake

Just posting since I haven't been to the forum much this past week. Still plugging away. My cousin is here from the Big Island. She is the first person I shared MF with. She looks hot!! She turned 40 in February and she looks better now than when she got married. She went from a size 13-14 to a 6. I'm so proud of her. It's great that she's here. She always motivates me to stay on track. :mrgreen:

You are getting very close to your goal - awesome! Happy almost B-day.

I'm 5'2" also, but starting out at 180 compared with your 170. If you can do it, so can I! Thanks for the inspiration.....
