I did great today. TOM is visiting but my ravenous cravings are over, thank goodness. I feel much better. I've been holding on to water so I didn't want to step on the scale today. I'm sure tomorrow will be even better. :mrgreen:

Wow Biki, you were up so late last night!! You replied at 12:00am my time. :shock:

I've been running to the sandbox soooo many times this morning and it's only 10:46am. I think I'm letting go of the water retention from TOM. Yay! :mrgreen: Hopefully it'll show on the scale on Sunday. :grin:

Yesterday was another day right on track. Like Nancy says, every shake gets us closer to our goal. feel like I'm building momentum and I'm getting back to the positive mindset again. I love MF!!

Great news about my best friend that I talked about a while back. She and her mom have been on plan for about 3 weeks now. She lost 13 pouns and her mom lost 16 pounds. I'm so happy for them. She called me this morning to tell me she's back into her size 8 jeans and is looking forward to them getting loose. :thumbup:

Nothin' new happening with me. Just plugging away and staying compliant.

I made chocolate chip cookies for my boys last night, and didn't have any. :yeah:

My 40th birthday is coming up next month. I'm thinking of throwing myself a party. I really want to be at goal by then. That has been my ultimate goal for a long time, that I will be a Hot Mama at 40! I'm close, but I really want to reach my numbers. 120 pounds by March 14, 2007!!

I just replied to Stormy's journal and really had to take a look at my own progress and struggles.

I've really been battling with getting myself in the mindset to get back into staying 100% compliant. After being depressed and cheating, it's been a struggle get back on the wagon and gain momentum. I notice that, that is the key for most of us who have gone off track.... it's the "getting into the mindset of being successful, and gaining enough momentum to run to the finish line." That is why those who have been successful i.e, Serendipity and Lauren, are so addimit on staying on plan an not cheating..... the whole time, because it is so much easier to get to your goal that way. You gain momentum, and there is no stopping you, until you reach your goal.

My goal is to do as Nancy says,"one shake at a time". Then my momentum will automatically build and then there is no stopping me!!! I :yeah: will reach my goal.

Good for you Kanini...you will do it and I'm telling you the self-talk is what keeps me going...even if I'm calling myself names because I just took a bite of something that I know dang well that I shouldn't have.

Its definitiely a mind thing and that's what has helped me staying with it for more than a week this time...keep talking to yourself!

I think I'm there. I was so angry last week when I HAD to go off program at the superbowl. I think it was just the snap I needed to say "enough of this, I'm going straight to goal...now! Lauren and Jo style!

I can't wait to see your birthday pictures! I have a goal too. Leaving for a cruise April 6...intend to be at goal by then...I have a little over 7 weeks and each shake gets me closer to the ship. None of this two bars a day crap, none of this "a little extra l & g...it's straight to goal for you and I! You can save me a seat when you get there!

I'm gonna start my daily food journal again today so I can stay accountable. I will post as the day goes so I know exactly what I had for the day.

Thurs. Feb. 22 -

9:20 am - Banana Shake
11:00am - Chocolate Shake
1:00pm - 1/2 L&G
4:00pm - Mint Bar
7:00pm - 1/2 L&G
10:00pm - Chocolate shake

I know that in the past, when I kept my journal I stayed 100% compliant and I lost the most pounds. I have to do this again.

I didn't get my last supp. in and I need to get in more water. Not bad though. I staye 100% copliant. :mrgreen:
