Food journal for Sunday Sept 23,
8:00am - vanilla berry oatmeal
10:30 am - banana shake
1:40pm - mint bar
3:30 pm white chedder soy crisps
5:00pm - chicken & greens/tomatoe/onion
8:00pm - shake
10:30pm - chocolate pudding
water - 84 oz throughout the day
This food journal is a bit time consuming and repetative, but it does help!
Still missin' my DH but hanging in there

. We talk at least 3 times a day, so that helps. My oldest boy, Sal, has been a big help by stepping in as man of the house until Hubby gets back.
I was a bit disappointed about the scale not moving this week....

Oh well, my size 8 jeans are starting to get loose, so something's happening! I really want to reach the 30# club by
Oct. 1! So I gotta keep shakin!!!!!!
