My hubby is starting Medifast

My hubby is starting Medifast, :D I am so happy. :D he is only about 30 lbs over weight not as much as I was, but since I have started medifast he has been on the Adkins, zone and south beach :lol: and has only lost 5 lbs. he has a lot of trouble with his joint's and I ordered him the joint health and he liked it, he also likes my oatmeal and bars so he said maybe he should try the Medifast. :D :D WE have a big family wedding at the end of May. he wants to lose for it .I will keep yall posted

That's wonderful, Laura. How nice for him that he can rely on your expertise! You'll both look FABULOUS for the wedding. Are there any relatives/friends going to be there who haven't seen your transformation?

LAURA,

You have been such a wonderful example to DH. It will be a lot of fun helping him be as successful as you. Shouldn't take him long at all, and at that wedding, you two will be the king and queen of the ball. Wish I could be a little fly on the wall! How exciting!

Hi Laura,
That is soooo great that your hubby is going to join you on program. Thirty pounds off those poor joints will make a big big difference. He will be greatly reducing his changes of several other weight related illnesses too. Goooood for both of you !! :D

Awesome ! With 30lbs to lose, he may be able to lose most if not all of it by the wedding. Show him the ropes and he'll do fine. What a great role model he has.
