How do I do this?

Postby student2 » February 13th, 2006, 4:23 pm

I have ordered by package - four week trial package from Medifast -
Anyway, I don't have the booklet yet so I have a quick question.

Do the soups take place of the shakes? How many shakes a day am I supposed to have. I am doing the 5/1 - duh, I think I just answered my question - five shakes and one lean and green meal, right?

Anyway, do the soups take place of shakes??

Thanks,

Don't worry that sounds just like a question I would ask :roflmao: Yes to answer your question though the soups, oatmeals, bars (only one a day), the puddings and shakes are all interchangeable so the soup would take the place of the shake. You have any 5 replacement meals you want and then your lean and green. You do not need to have any certain number of shakes. You can all soup if you like. Just remember only 1 bar per day!

Hello there and welcome!

Yes, the soups take the place of shakes. As do the bars, puddings, oatmeals, etc. The only thing that is really important to note is that we are limited to one bar a day because the carb content is a little higher.

The 5/1 is, as you suspected, is 5 supplements (shakes, soups, oatmeal, puddings, or whatever you like) and 1 Lean and Green. It's pretty simple to do, just make sure you get lots of water (64oz minimum) and you will be on the road to success!

Make sure you read the Quickstart guide that will come with your shipment for all the specifics for what can be eaten in the Lean and Green and so forth. This is so simple, you can do it and you will be amazed at how wonderfully it works!
