Most doctors will tell you to weigh once a week. Your weight will fluctuate up and down daily so it's best to weigh once a week at around the same time after you've gone potty and before you eat...lol...potty is a funny word...yeah...I know...that's SO middle school
I weigh every morning. I know it should be once a week but I like to see if I lost anymore. If I hit a plateau or anything I will prob go to once a week so I dont have to see it LOL
