First thing in the morning is enough for me. I, usually, don't get too bothered by a bit of flucuation. When I get stuck for a number of days, as I am now (beginning to hate 146), I go through my closet. I feel better getting rid of things that I know I'll never wear again. Feels as if, somehow, that positive energy will bring a lower number tomorrow. Silly, but it works for me... :oops:
