I've finally gone down another pound, was stuck for 3 days. I noticed that I was getting a little down, and was almost afraid to step on the scale today, even though I've been doing great all week.
It made me wonder, how often SHOULD I be weighing myself? :scratchhead:

It certainly seems that I'd get more excited to see my 2 pound loss all at once rather than a half pound more frequently. My only worry is that on the day that I do weigh, what if I'm flectuating? :?

Don't know why as I know it will be higher as the day goes on. I can tell if I will be less weight the next day when I weigh in before bed. I usually weigh 2 lbs less in the morning then when I go to bed.

Most days once, after I get up and rid the body of excess stuff, and exhale comnpletely (and of course, in the b-day suit). ;)
Some days, I just never get around to it. I will not weigh after eating or drinking though, what's the point.

Several times a day. I don't do it every week because of the fluctuation concern. My weight fluctuates a LOT, so I could think I'm up 3 or even 5 pounds when I'm not.

I put once a week because DH took the scale away last night. But before this I too was a scale whore. Every morning, later in the morning before my shower, if I changed to go in the pool, if I was in my room putting away laundry and before I went to bed.

First thing in the morning is enough for me. I, usually, don't get too bothered by a bit of flucuation. When I get stuck for a number of days, as I am now (beginning to hate 146), I go through my closet. I feel better getting rid of things that I know I'll never wear again. Feels as if, somehow, that positive energy will bring a lower number tomorrow. Silly, but it works for me... :oops:

Back in the day, when I was home early in My MFing, I'd weigh every time I peed though. I've got some distance from it now though..
