They sound great and I would love to try them but I don't want to over indulge myself. That's why I'm on this diet in the first place.

Isallgood...... :hmmm: ......I don't believe there is a limit as they have no calories, no fat, no carbs...etc.....and seeings you usually only add a little bit and your having only 5 or 6 supplements a day..... .....then the consumption isn't much........ :chef: .........Have fun experimenting

Thank you for your help. Everyone has been so helpful so far. Do you know the limit on salt or is there any?

Isallgood ~

There is no limit on sodium unless your doctor has deemed it necessary to cut back.

The Medifast Chicken Noodle, Chicken W/Wild Rice, Minestrone, the Creamy Soups and the Homestyle Chili are all fairly low in sodium to make them acceptable for most people's dietary needs so you may add salt to please your personal taste.

Thanks Nancy you are the best not to mention a huge inspiration. I have lost 6 pounds in 3 days. I am really pumped at this moment. I know I will have to depend on this website and a lot of other things to keep me motivated. Any help you can offer I will greatly appreciate.

:sheepjump: Yabba Dabba Medidoo! :sheepjump:

6 Pounds in 3 days is a whole lotta flabber, Girl! :whoohoo:

:hmmm: Remember this so when you have some slow days and slow weeks, you can recall the feeling of :yay: happiness and :bouncie: giddiness that you have today - it will carry you through the :table: rough times.

We ALL have  happy and :tears: :brickwall: crappy times but just know that they balance one another.

You will soon be able to  encourage other newbies and help them along their path to wellness of body and mind, too! :sheepjump:
