Hey all you helpfull MFers...
I have a question about sodium. I am wondering if I am too free with sodium causing me to retain water, and slow down my weight.
I use boullion in my soups and to flavor veggies, soy sauce in my stir fry, etc. etc. Is there a set amount of sodium that I should use and not go beyond.
Today I am trying to be more careful about my sodium intake, but I'd like to know what I am shooting for.
