How much salsa should be added to MF chili?

Postby FitQueen » July 13th, 2005, 4:58 pm

How much salsa can I add to my chili? I added a half of cup (4 oz) to my chili and it was great.

In addition, how many packs of MF crackers can you have per day?

FitQueen--

Not really sure about the salsa thing but I read somewhere they were adding up to 1/4 cup.. I only add 2 tbsp to mine and its still good.. you can have 1 pack of the MF crackers a day. Nancy are someone wiser in the MF program will be on later to answer the right way.. good luck--Martha

I'm not Nancy, but you're right, it's one pack a day of crackers. And I usually add a tablespoon or two of salsa to my chili, and a little more to the cream of chicken (which I used to hate till I added salsa).

Thank you all for your prompt responses. I will make the correction. The salsa is great with the chili.

Dear Fit Queen ~

To give the Homestyle Chili and the Minestrone Soup a more tomato-y flave, try adding a packet of the Medifast Robust Tomato Fast Soup. Sprinkle some chopped green onion on the top and one packet of crunched Medifast Multi-grain crackers.

The Savory Beef Fast Soup or a beef bouillon cube makes it more flavorful, too.

Enjoy it with a packet of crunched up Medifast Garden Vegetable Crackers for a change.
