I for one really appreciate this super cool forum. Nancy and Terry (and lets not forget Unca Tim) have done and are doing a wonderful job running this forum. It brings together people from all over the country to discuss their common issues, learn from each other, and support one another. Like a huge ship full of people, but the ship keeps rising higher in the water. Seems that the "ballast" keeps getting lighter!

I LOVE this forum!! All the members are absolutely wonderful in all their support & motivation ....and hilarious to boot!!
I look forward to getting home to check on all the new posts.... and I love the different "clubs" so we are constantly motivated!!

And Nancy & Unca Tim are always here to keep us in line (or at least they try...hehe)

I'm thrilled that I found you guys!! I was a member of another group first, but (not to put them down in any way because I like them alot too) but this one is SOOO much more fun!

As a Health Advisor, I don't always have the answers to help others..but
thanks to the Forum Support & Medifast Users :goteam: .....I get Great sugggestions that help my clients.....

I can get answers from your experiences... Face it, we are all unique....we need all of you as much as you need us.....
