Dear BK,
It really wasn't another program. I just gave up sugar, bread and pasta...and ate chicken, fish, and good veggies. Then I stopped loosing.
My main problem-or one of them is...I don't eat. So, now I am doing the MF 5 times a day and a lean & green meal for dinner.
I am still not drinking enough water though...but I am trying hard.
