How I Lost Initially

Dear BK,
It really wasn't another program. I just gave up sugar, bread and pasta...and ate chicken, fish, and good veggies. Then I stopped loosing.
My main problem-or one of them is...I don't eat. So, now I am doing the MF 5 times a day and a lean & green meal for dinner.
I am still not drinking enough water though...but I am trying hard.

I see you got that ticker to work...cool! Looks great! I love looking at the number thats "left to go" for my inspiration.... :lol:

I hate drinking water, so I really sympathize with folks who say it's hard to get in enough water. Right now I am drinking a one-liter bottle of a flavored sparkling water that is caffeine free, sodium free and aspartame free. I got cherry flavor and my new favorite, key lime. They weren't too expensive, either. When I am done with the sparkling water, I figure I can fill it up with spring water flavored with Crystal Light.
