I haven't started the plan yet and am only in the "informational" stage. I have about 100 #'s to rid myself of and am wondering how long a person can do the full fast for? I thought I saw 16 weeks somewhere and then you transition to the 5 and 1 plan. Is this true?
You may continue on the plan until you reach your goal.
It may take more than sixteen weeks to reach your goal of minus 100 pounds. Average weight loss is 3-5 pounds per week IF you comply! Once you actually reach your goal then you go through the transition plan and then MY FAVORITE: maintenance.
When on the complete plan be sure to check with your doctor!

Hi... Today is day 126 for me on the 90-95% full fast. I have lost 100# as of Saturday 1/10
Started 9/8/03 = 18 weeks = 5.6 pounds loss per week.
