It is a very thin wafer mint that is the straw the breaks the camel's back.

Just had to add in on the python stuff it's Mr. Creosote that eats the "wafer thin mint"....

Oh....and I just was thinking, if we ate like that with Medi-food, instead of exploding would we turn into cupcakes and muffin tops????

Once I've hit my goal weight, the only product that I think I will continue to use is the Hot Cocoa. It's a nice way to start the day, especially when I am someone who HATES to eat early in the morning.

When I hit goal I will probably continue use the shakes, but I'm not sure about anything else. The shakes are very easy to make, and I've come to like them.

Hi

I'm sure glad we don't explode after the 16th week, because I'm on week 18 and if I hadn't noticed I'd exploded, I would have been kind of embarassed!

As for what I'm going to eat during maintenance and beyond...I'm thinking oatmeal, pudding and shakes.

Evidence to support the Pheonix Effect theory!!! DeDe would definitely qualify as the most current Exhibit A!

As for what I'll continue -- I can't imagine not enjoying all the fantastic Medigrub I love now! And in this summer heat (realitive -- this isn't hot to a lot of you), I really like the cranberry mango blended with ice and seltzer water. And I'm SO EXCITED that Lemon Bars are back!!! I'm ordering some in the morning!!!

Of course, I'm still over a hundred and some tens of pounds from maintenance. And with only 3 medimeals a day, it's going to be hard to choose. Maybe my answer will be different next summer.

It's actually going to be hard to give up my Medifast meals when I'm in maintenance. I love everything I eat now.....but since I can't do this forever......who was it that predicted when he would weigh "zero"?.....I'll probably use a combination of Chocolate RTD's, oatmeal and bars.

I will continue to consume the oatmeal daily for sure. I love it. I will keep a supply of shakes, chicken noodle, chili, and bars as well. I'm hooked on Medifast! :D

I've had MF products continuously in my house since 1998. I'm never without the cocoa and chocolate shakes. Everyone in my family has the oatmeal and cocoa (MUCH better tasting than the stuff you can get at the grocery store, IMO!), and now my girls beg for the RTD's. It's just GOOD food to have around. I'm a big fan of the apple and maple oatmeals, RTD's (chocolate ONLY, if you please), Cocoa, and will always keep them in the house in addition to a few bars, soy crisps, and Choc. 70 shakes.

Joy
