Eat as late as you want/need to. This isn't like other plans, where you want to avoid eating close to bedtime. It's actually BETTER to keep your blood sugar more steady. If you stop eating at say, 8 p.m., and don't eat again till 8 the next morning, you've gone 12 hours with no fuel. When you're consuming so little on a daily basis, it's better to space your meals out through your whole day, from when you get up to when you go to bed. I usually eat my last meal around 1 or 1:30 and go to bed around 2:30.
