Same here. I've had a few controlled off-plan adventures, and I also do not follow the basic 5-1 plan ever (at least, not if I want to actually lose weight) but I don't consider that going off-plan.
My off-plan meals generally resulted in a gain for a day or two. By the third day, I'd lost the temporary weight plus some extra.
