How did you pick your goal weight?

I randomly picked my goal weight because I cant even remember being 145. At first it was 135 and everyone told me that I would be to skinny. So for now I'm just sticking to 145.

135 is what I weighed in my early 30's. I'm 43 & my dh has never seen me that small. I might adjust that goal when I get there (maybe 125) we'll just need to see. This is the first time I feel I will get to goal & possibly lower. THANK YOU MEDIFAST!!

I picked my goal of 135 because I remember feeling good at that weight...also in my early 30's. I'll probably want to go a bit lower when I get there, though. I'm only 5'3", so 125 is probably better for me. Gonna wait and see.
