hot sauce?

Postby jace » March 16th, 2006, 7:35 pm

I was wondering if i could use texas pete hot sause during my LG meal. I looked at the label and it has no carbs/sugars/calories/fat...just a little sodium? What i've been doing is using the hot sauce as a salad dressing in my salad topped with grilled chicken. Thanks

It's usually fine. I wouldn't eat a whole bottle at a time, but otherwise it's OK to have.

HotSauce

Oh My Goodness,
You Southern gals with those cast iron stomachs. Well actually Nancy lives close to me here in Washington State and she loves hot stuff too  It's fine. Many people use some kind of rotel with peppers -- oh my -- my poor Northern stomach would just curl up and scream. But I'll bet that stuff livens up the food.
