If you don't mind my asking, Dogma, what is your hot cocoa concoction? I have 2 boxes of hot chocolate that need something.

1 packet of cocoa, a hefty dose (several tablespoons) of Da Vinci sugar-free syrup in toasted marshmallow flavor (or occasionally Irish cream flavor), 8 ounces hot water. Dump it all into a Blender Bottle (link above in Unca's post), shake it a few seconds till it's smooth, and pour into a mug. And then if you're feeling decadent, top it with a spoonful of Cool Whip.

I could never get the powder clumps out till I started using the Blender Bottle, Serendipity. But now it comes out smooth and perfect every time (I sound like a commercial). And people at work keep asking me where I got it.

A small addendum: Tonight I made it with the sugar-free hazelnut syrup instead because my marshmallow bottle's almost empty, and it was every bit as tasty. Looks like I need to stock up on syrups this week.

I need one of these magic no soy ball blenders too!!!!!!!!!! Where did you get yours?

Hot chocolate is my favorite next to the bars - it is followed close by the banana pudding!

The marshmellow DaVinci's is the bestest!!!!

Robin, you will love this since people you know want to know where you are getting it. There is a crazy (pyscho) woman at my work who actually states that the smell of my cocoa physically makes her ill. She began spraying air freshener anytime I would make it and seriously she is the only truly mental person there who smells it! Nice? She comes in eating hard boiled eggs at here desk by my Medifast Hot Chocolate makes her ill? Always fun in small offices!!!

Oh, eyew. I refuse to bring eggs (pre-Medifast, that is) and fish to work. I even stopped bringing my garlic-roasted broccoli because the person next to me didn't like the smell. But my cocoa??? I draw the line there!!

Re: the Blender Bottle, hopefully this link will work (if not, go to the Broccoli-Cheese Soup, Sort of thread right near this one, and see Unca's post for it. http://www.makemethinner.com/forum/diet-3410.html
