I hope you can tell the difference!

Sometimes we have trouble believing that we have lost the weight, I am finding out. Even though I am 42 lbs. less and my 3x clothing is "out the door," I still can't believe it. So, I found a picture of me taken one year ago...eating cake.

Then I had my husband take a picture of me today. I am so thankful for this program. My quality of life has improved 100% even though I still have 80 lbs. more to lose! I cannot imagine how that must feel, but one day I WILL KNOW!

Wow - It's a BIG Diffrence!! Way to go!!! Ok, I have an old photo, guess I need honey to take one today and see what a diffrence 25 lbs is!!!

You look great! Well on your way lady!!!

Don't ya hate it when people take pictures of you eating. My Hubby had this bad habit of trying (on purpose) to snap shots of me eating or standing in front of the fridge... I finally had to seriously nip that in the bud!!!! :lol:

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH MY FRIEND. I LOVE YOU - YOU ARE BEEEEEE-UUUUU-TI-FUUUUULLLLL - (Sorry, I don't know how to scream on the screen!) Goodness, will you look at that neck!!! And I do believe I see dimples emerging on your pretty little cheeks. Sorry I haven't been in touch too much lately - tons going on; then one day AOL wouldn't work :x ; another my computer was tied up all day with work; yadda, yadda, yadda. I'm also going out of town this coming weekend ;) and getting away from my business, even for the smallest break, can be daunting! But I couldn't let this pass by without sending you love, hugs, wonderful wishes, and just downright pleased-as-poppycock pride in you for putting your gutsy self out there in the studio. You are inspirational. Who knows, maybe some day soon I'll show up here. Say hi to Joe for me and I hope you'll be having a grand time with your kids and grands this holiday weekend. Love ya!

Karen!!! You look absolutely stunning! Really. Your smile is so bright and you look fantastic! I can tell the difference that 42lbs has made and I KNOW you can FEEL it!!!

HIP HIP HOORAY!!! (Again, a little less on the HIP and more for the HOORAY!!!)

I'm so happy for you and thanks for sharing your pictures with all of us. You are well on your way and doing GREAT!!!

Karen, you are beautiful.....you look 10 years younger already......What a difference!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :yes:

It is amazing how much older we look when we carry around extra weight.

When we went to the Medifast Convention one of the Health Advisors told us that every time he loses 5lbs he puts a 5lb bag of sugar in his office in front of his books. Then he showed us a picture of the sugar all piled up representing 40lbs he had lost. It looked like he was making a wall in his office. He then showed his before and after pictures. He too looked 10yrs younger without that 40lbs.

Keep up the good work....YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
