HI everyone......I need to stand up and say I am a restarter. I did great on Medifast 2yrs ago. Unfortunatley I allowed myself to regain all my weight back and I am very ashamed of myself  . Luckily I have my wonderful friend Dede on my side and she asked me to rejoin the board and come clean here for support.
Unca please fix my club number. I will let you know once I hit that 10lb club!
Thanks everyone!

Hi,

I stopped for about two months and was very happy to find I could maintain my weight with only a small about of comprise.

I too now am on my second restart! Last week I almost made it, however, when you don't have a plan you can fail. I should have preselected my meals and had some shake already mixed for my running around, and because I didn't I am now looking towards tomorrow as a 2nd restart. Honestly, I have a plan and shakes ready for success!

best luck,
joy

I am with Joy on this one--planing ahead it the ticket to fast MF results.

I just restarted and lost 5 lbs and the clothes started fitting better but then week two was horrible. I kept stepping on the scale and finding it didn't move at all or worst, went up a lb! I was soooo blue.

I decided it was because perhaps I didn't know what I was putting in my mouth. I decided that this week I would follow a pre made schedule and stick to it.

I am confident I will see results for my efforts if I stick to my plan and not just do "MF on the fly"

Good luck to you! You did it once you can do it again!

ps. when I fell off program I gain 10lbs but no more and I think it was because I forced myself to weigh in everyday, even when I pigged out the day before. I held myself accountable and aware of the scale. Lots of times, people do the denial thing and hide from the scale until a gagillion lbs are gained. I say, no matter what, you step on it and you know what you are doing to yourself, no matter how much you don't want to. I really have to talk myself into getting on some mornings. It's so silly!

I had to knock myself out of the 100 pound club and give up my gold star not long ago. It "hurt" but I agree that being honest is best.

Go for it and keep your eyes on you why!

Welcome back Denise! As you can see, you are not alone. I've been there too. I'm re-starting again myself. MF is the best. It's the only plan that works for me. So keep going... we're all here for you! :hi5:
