Honesty and Confession

Postby SneezyKitten » July 16th, 2004, 10:13 am

Hi All!

Well, here I am on my 30th birthday...which was 16 days ago. We (my husband, the handsome fella at my side) went on a sunset cruise in the San Juan Islands (Washington state).

Image

Weight? Somewhere between 193 and 200 lbs. (Still less than I began with but definetly not the 188 that I was able to post a few months ago!)

I have begun and quit this program three or four times and now I am beginning yet again. Let's hope the old adage that "Success is getting up one more time than you fall" is true!

My goal is to stay on the program, faithfully, for 16 weeks.

So the honesty is posting my pic and the confession is a) my weight gain and b) that I have NOT been able to stay on board but that I AM trying...AGAIN!

Hey SneezyKitten !

Let's blame any diet indiscretions on Baltimore, shall we? I live in Ellicott City and have just survived a nuclear meltdown of the emotional variety. Hopefully the winds have changed, and you and I can make Charm City the medifast capital of the east coast!

That's a great picture and you look marvelous. Welcome back....

Hey there, Sneezy ~

You two look happy and huggy. You are on the right track, Kiddo! You will do it this time. You are right, just get right back up on your feet and go for the goal!

Remember my last newsletter and the example I gave for my friend who quit smoking sixteen times? He DID quit. Just get back on the Medifast wagon - begin again. We are here for you!

Kat, I LOVED Ellicott! I wish I had more time to putz about - there were so many awesome antique shops and wonderful architecture!

I really like antiques, snooping about second hand shops and going to garage sales and tag sales. LOVE it!!!

I really wanted to meet with you, too!

I stayed at Hunt Valley and at Turf Valley. I was in your 'hood!

the day before my 30th birthday I woke up with a corpse in rural Oklahoma. I was thin but it really didn't matter. I would have rather been fat.
