My co-worker who went to Hot Springs last fall, was just talking this afternoon about how she would like to retire there. Of corse I thought of you sweet potatoe :heart:

did a 90 minute spin class and walked out alive.

90 min spin?!? You go get 'em! I think i would have to split that 90 into 9-0. 9 mins to get on the bike, 0 min spin ability! Good for you holly, i will be there one day. Shoot, 30 mins on the elliptical dang near kills me!

:shock: 90 minutes?!

Good for you!!!! I need to begin exercising (at least walking on the treadmill daily). I thought of you as I ran down the driveway the other morning, on my way to get the mail..........thought HB would be running UP instead of down. ;) I do try to walk 'fast' back up, but I'm no where near in shape to run up.

Weather is suppose to be nasty this weekend, hope you aren't still having to tote water to the barn.

I spin too! On my spinning wheel? guess that is a different form of exercise.
