Thanks, Pipi,

The main reason I posted again here is to re-afirm what a tremendous program this is. For people who are struggling and new people. This program works.

There are many people on these boards who have been so successful and if you are thinking of doing this, DO IT>

Nancy is so right on about my inners. They were a mess, pre diabetic, high cholesteral, throw in some depression, no energy , yuck. Now Im not a sevlt model but Im kicking arse at the gymnasium. What a buzz I get from that. I can do a 90 minute spin class with the best of them. I even got a pair of cycling shoes for christmas. Love them!

Hey for you local NW peeps, Im going to train and participate in the Rose Festival Dragon Boat races in June. The training starts late March, 3 early mornings a week on the river. The thought of me putting my plumpness in a boat last year at this time, actually makes me chuckle. And sniff a bit as to what I had been missing in my life.

Sorry about the rambles, but wanted to give a big shout out to MF and corse Nancy.

HB,

I miss you terribly on the boards. You have been such a great support to me in the past year. Just wanted to let you know you are doing a fabulous job.

Hey there Hol ~

What a great report! :bounce:

For many of us, we start out wanting to look mo' betta and we end up feelin' so good that the feelings are more wonderful than the lookings!

Terry and I often watch the dragon boats - do you practice in the Willamette River and the Columbia River, too?

It takes great commitment to be a dragon boater - what a healthful sport!

:secret: Lemme know when you're gonna be out there and perhaps we’ll :drive: bip by and give ya cheer! :cleader:

You may be model material. They are always posting calls for "fitness models"! I could totally see you in a catalog with your radiant face. My inners were like yours when I started except I was already diabetic. I am so grateful to be healthy today@

I miss you HB! It would be lovely if you wanted to come back to doing a journal and keeping us informed on how you are doing. I'd love to hear more about your dragon boat racing as I bet others would, too. Time for an updated photo, too? (Please) :D
