Hit 10 pounds

Postby norma » March 19th, 2007, 8:39 am

I am really happy. I set a goal of 10 pounds in my first month and I'm down 10 1/2. It wasn't hard, following the program is easy. they have made it easy for us.

I haven't decided if I should set 10 for this month. I really want to but I want to be realistic.

What do you think? What do you think is doable????

Congratulations on meeting your mini goal :cleader: :cleader:

10# a month sounds doable to me. Maybe some of the vets can chime in on this.

From my personal experience and watching others lose weight as well, 10 pounds a month is average so it's very doable. :D

Way to go!!

All you can do is be compliant, drink your water and hope the scale keeps doing the same thing! :)

Norma,
I don't know how or why, but your user name isn't registered. If you are registered, we can put you in the 10# club. Great work.

10# is fabulous!!!!! I always imagine a 10# bag of potatoes - that you now do not have to carry around any more.

Mike I think I'm registered under worldawind but sometimes when I try to use it it says it's already taken, yes by me. I don't know what I did. If I use Norma it works but of course I'm not registered. Very confused :?

I sent an e-mail to the yahoo account regarding the worldawind name. Hopefully any problems were fixed. If you still have troubles, let one of us know.
