Indeed I did! Woohoo! I weighed in at 275 today, and I've been on the program for four weeks exactly--how perfect was THAT timing? LOL
I'm a weenie though--I made my next goal smaller! LOL I need a tangible reward more than once a month, and when I hit a goal, I do something nice for myself, get it? this means I need to hit more goals, so I made them smaller!
There are lots of things you stop doing when you get very overweight AND very involved in raising children, so my rewards are all about bringing back some things that are nice for mommy--pedicures, a new haircut, some new perfume I've wanted to try, etc.
I used to pamper myself regularly but slowly, over the pounds (er, I mean YEARS--LOL) I just STOPPED messing with it. No more!
Now to decide what I'm going to do for my new 22-pound-lighter-self tomorrow! Hmmmm...
