Hi , I'm trying out the cookies for the 3rd time and they are either too spongy or too dry. Does anyone have any high altitude ideas. Real cookies are hard to bake at 5500 feet too! Fay

I used to live in Denver, but that was pre-Medifast. Usually it was a matter of using a bit less water and/or baking things a bit longer.

But they never come out quite like real cookies, at least I've never had them come out that way. You might be expecting too much ...
