Hi Kido!
I'm with you that it's no ones's business, especially if you feel uncomfortable telling them.
The office I work in is above a physical therapy office/gym. The owner's desk is in our break room we share. He always makes comments about what I eat because I was following low carb for so long. I did lose, but it was too slow. Anyway, he has been watching me heat my soup but that's all he has seen. Once he asked me what I was eating because it smelled so good and I just said soup. End of discussion.
He is thin and makes ignorant comments so I won't bother telling him what I'm doing.
An example of him being a dimwit: One day I was making a salad and I have a large bowl so I can mix my salad and veggies. He was in the way and I asked him to pass me the bowl. He says and I quote, "Wow, this is so big it looks like a trough". I just gave him a dirty look and said thanks when he handed it to me. Can we say tactless?? I wanted to smack him!!
Keep it to yourself for now and when you are looking thin and HOT you can share your plan. Do what feels good to YOU!
Sorry I rambled on.
Have a great day Kido!
Sue
