Hi everyone! Today is day one for me. I've done medifast before. Last June I had gastric lap band surgery and have lost a good bit. Now I've hit a plateau and want to break through it. So my surgeon/medical weight loss doc said it was OK to go on medfast again until I reach my goal...then use my handy dandy band to maintain. So yesterday I went to his office and stocked up for the month :)

I'm really excited to begin again...why? Because I KNOW it works!!! Medifast is the best plan I've ever done. Other plans, such as WW are good for many and I don't mean to take anything from them...but for me...I love that there's little to no guess work...the food tastes good...it's convienient, simple and I feel WONDERFUL (once the first 3-5 days are over)!

So I'm here to stay accountable and encouraged. :)

Isn't it just great how easy this plan is!
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!

Mickeyz & Tawanda...congratz on goal!! What an inspiration!!!!

Mike!!! WOW...171 pounds!!!!! Jon (DH) had lapband 8/6, he was 440, he weighed in yesterday @ 298! 142!!! You guys are great losers!! hehe Keep up the good work!

I have to say...yesterday was pretty easy, until my daughter arrived for spring break and asked me why I had to start NOW...why couldn't I wait until after she left. Oh my, I almost gave in...but then I figured, there's always SOME excuse I can make for not starting now...and next week won't be any easier than this week. So, day two...here I come!

That is so wonderful that you and your husband are doing this. Meaning the whole weight loss program. And what a great attitude about starting this program now instead of then. Hope you have a wonderful holiday.
