Ok here I am all thrilled with myself for being determined this week to stay off the scale till Sunday (which I have not been able to do the past 6 weeks) and then it dawns on me.... I have 2 different Drs. appts this week so I am going to be getting weighed anyway! Now here is my dilema.... I could A) choose not to look and ask them not to tell me (but it has been sooo long since I have been on a Drs scale and they did not have to move the big weight to 250 and it would be nice to see) or B)Not weigh at home and only weigh at the Drs ( but what if their scale is different and I weigh more there?) or C) tell them I am dieting and I just weighed and will just tell them my wieght and let them write it down as I don't want to weigh all week! OHHHHH the dilemas of weight loss. What to do what to do what to do? I have to say though I will take this delima over what I went through last week anytime!
