Hey there everybody, I'm new here, but I've been doing medifast for a little while now, and I love it! I'm down over thirty pounds, but I have a long way to go. This seems like an amazing forum, so I'm looking forward to losing it all with y'all!
Best,
coco :D

Howdy doody, Coco ~

You are doing just great! You will surely reach your goal - you and I were at about the same starting weight. You will enjoy springtime this new year - you'll be wearing shorts! :yippee:

Keep up the good work!

Thanks so much guys for the welcome!
I'm doing the 5 and 1 program.
It seems like a lot of you are on or have been on the complete fast...is that a lot faster? OMG i don't know if i could really give up ALL "normal" food completely! You are all such inspirations! :D
I am definitely hoping to be down to goal by the beginning of may...thisnk that's possible, even on 5-1?
I am psyched!

coco ~

You'll have no problem reaching your goal on the 5 and 1 Plan by May - you'll get there sooner if you don't cheat!
