Hi KMR,

About month 4, I thought I was bored...I changed things up by ordering some things I usually don't order as far as medi-grub. I got some other stuff and started spicing up my l & g's. I realized I was letting my L & G's get WAY too routine and started thinking out of the box for them.

I went back to my regular "favorites" as far as medi-grub.

I am writing down what Jo and Lauren and other said too, as I'm restarting and need some quotes too! You're doing great and you're going to continue doing great!

As far as health problems with losing that fast...My last doctor visit, my cholestorol went from 221 to 177, yup, I'm unhealthy! Just thank them for noticing your loss and be glad they care about you and your well being, but leave it at that! I know I'm healthier now than I was at 265, that I know for SURE!

Oh girl, I'm so sorry I missed your post yesterday. I didn't have a chance to sit at the computer for very long. Everyone has given you such great advice! I really don't have anything to add except, to stay on track and fall in love with the program. As of right now, I know I could never get board of the food or the program because I will never get board of all the rewards that come from sticking to it. I make my Chocolate Mint bar a special occasion everyday, like pampering myself. And I really to try to play up the spices and flavorings of the L&G's in different ways so they don't get monotonous.

You are doing great girl! Be proud of your accomplishments and don't let other people's side track you! We can do this!!! :stroll:
