They do make all sorts of decaf tea...in fact I think I will go make a cup right now. I have a bit of a chill.

No way, Laura! Snow?! That's crazy! We had sleet last night, but it's just a bit overcast and drizzly now.

I'm with you, Pegann - I can only take so much of the tasteless stuff! :lol: I still need to pick up some Splenda, so I can make some sweet tea. So far I've been really fastinated with the Crystal Light green tea, but I'm starting to miss regular old sweet tea now. I'll have to make some tonight! I've been cutting out caffeine, too, so I'll look for decaf tea.

The only reason the quick start quide says to limit caffeine is that MF'ing can make some people jittery. With the amount of meds I am on, that ain't happening. I have 4-5 cups of coffee a day but only lighten 3 of them.
