Parmesan still scares me a little because I used to eat it straight out of the can-- I'd up-end it right into my mouth like a jug of milk. Not good... ;) So I try not to buy the stuff just to keep myself from binging! But the brocc/cheese and chik/cheese combos sound great... I might have to try 'em once I regain my control over cheese binging... ;)

Nods Rae. Probably not a good idea for you to invite binge food into your house, especially since you're so *close* to goal. :)

I got my stuff yesterday and I started today!

Things started off with a temptation BANG

It was my grandmothers Saint day so we went to breakfast at my favourite breakfast nook  But, I turned down every offer of pancake, waffle and fried eggs. I drank my shake right before we left the house and I drank herbal tea and Diet Soda.

Next we went to the mall! My mother offered me pizza and some Fruit smoothies but I said no and Drank more water! Then at the grocery store it was free cheese sampling day :x I never realized how many extra calories I was picking up, I didnt even take "just one" because it never really ends at just one tiny piece, does it?

I have a slight headache, but I dont feel too horrible, That banana shake is awsome, especially with some Crystal Light mixed in :)

The whole day I have been saying to myself "Nothing Tastes as good as thin feels" and you know what, it hasn't been hard to turn down all that food!

For the first time I feel like I CAN stick with something and that it WILL work. Reading all your stories and seeing all your wonderful before and after photos have just made me so determined.

So yay!

If you can make it through a day like that.........with all your favorite foods being waved under your nose..........you can make it through ANYTHING!!

I am proud of you and you should most certainly be proud of yourself.

Philamae ~

Have some more water, it helps chase headaches away.

Truth be told, I think it makes a person run to the toidy so much, they forget about the headache. It's not the Ray Charles song, "Georgia on My Mind" but "Toidy on My Mind" that keeps ya chugging and runnin' - no time for the pain!
