Oh.. here's another of my fat guy food ordering tricks... When ordering from the local pizzeria, when picking up the order and they read back the size and ingredients that were ordered.. act like you are simply picking it up and didn't do the actual ordering.

So far, so good. I'm off to Trader Joes for some chicken breasts and maybe some fish. I love celery and cukes, so that should make a nice dinner.

Strawberry & choc shakes are tasty! (Orange Delight too!)

I have no problem drinking the water, it's a bit warm today anyhow.

Thinking about "what's for dinner" is a bit of a change. Typically I'd have 4-5 restaurants to choose from.. will it be Nachos? A hoagie? chicken Picatta?

No worries tonight, 7oz Chicken and some sliced cukes!
