this is sooooo freaking hard to do. I know, I know...it's hard for all of us.
And if you guys can do it...so can I.

*GULP* Here goes.

3/19 ~ Right before I started MF.

4/15 ~ Almost a month in and 22 lbs down.

And the beautiful pups next to me are my Joey and Allie.
Hence my name *Joelie*...first 3 letters of Joey and the last 3 letter of Allie. :lol:

Yes...I'm a total DORK! :-P

I THINK I can see some of the poofiness gone from my face a bit...other than that...I can't *see* much...but I can sure feel it!

The orange and purple t-shirts are exactly the same size...I'm beginning to swim in them.

Thanks for sharing with us Joelie!! I can see loss in your face, hands, arms and what I can see of the midsection seems to be less as well!

Your doing great!! I have a lot of those beyond baggy shirts I really wear to death and even though I am glad their getting to big..I will miss them, clorox stains, holes and all. rofl. ( I get very attached to my clothes) :roll:

One day at a time...is all it takes to reach our goals and change our fate!

Love your doggies. I've had cocker spaniels in the past. Now have two very spoiled long haired female chihuahuas and my name here is ChiNut so as you can see I'm a total dork too. :eyecrazy:

Joelie, I can see a big difference in your face! I think it's so funny how we seem to lose in different spots. Really, we're losing everywhere, it's just easier to notice certain spots.

You do look a bit shorter, hehe.

Hi Joelie! Let me chime in here with the others...22 lbs has definitely made a difference! Your face, neck and arms looks much slimmer! And like Lauren said it only took 4 weeks!!
