You look terrific! The losses are so obvious, especially in your face and a little in your forearms (yes, it IS weird how we lose in certain spots lol)
You should be so very proud! And I'm glad you let us see your puppies - they're so cute!

Okay, can't really see a difference? Go DIRECTLY to the eye doctor!!! The change in your face is awe-inspiring, look at your neck, look at your arms! You're doing so GREAT!

Joelie--you are so pretty and have such a sweet smile. I can't believe you've only lost 22 pounds in your second picture. It looks like much more. I can definitely see it. Some people you can really tell right away--you're one of them! For me, I've lost 44 now & I've had a COUPLE of people ask me recently if I've lost weight. That always makes me wonder... did they not notice that I was really overweight before (if that's the case, that would be nice!), or do they still think I look as heavy as I was before? (that would not be the option i'm hoping for!) . Oh well, the main thing is that we're all heading toward our goal & getting healthy & feeling good. You are such an encouragement to me. While I'm here... I will say that I am a dog LOVER. Thanks for including your dogs in your pics. They are so cute. Keep up the good work & keep those pictures coming. :lol:

If you all could only see me when I smile really big...it's CROOKED!

I try really hard not to smile big in pictures because of it.

I love that so many of us are dog lovers!

My dogs are treated like royalty around here. I spoil them rotten. They even have their own wardrobes.

It IS great to swim around in my formerly tight clothes!
And I promise, Lizabette...I'll get a picture to Unca this weekend for my avatar.
