You probably won't notice much the first couple of days, and the first 3 days or so are hard because your body is switching its metabolic burning systems and reducing the calories. You may feel hungry, headachy, or grumpy the first 3 days (so let your loved ones know

By the 4th day you should be in the fat burning state and as long as you stick to the program, drink your water, have your medimeals every 2 1/2 to 3 hours, the pounds should come off.
