Have to say that I was very proud of myself today. You know how when you are "planning" on starting a diet but you haven't started yet and you tend to eat everything in site?

Well, I
didn't today. I ate very reasonably and used another brand of low-carb shakes (mycolex) for two meals and had a lean bison steak with a tomato salad while waiting on my medifast.
Trying to get into a better mindset.

I will count each little accomplishment as an ACCOMPLISHMENT!!! and focus on the positive.
