Here's a strange thought

Postby want2Bskinny » June 12th, 2006, 8:12 am

When I first started MF and experienced the withdrawals and slight hunger for a few days, I thought I would be hungry and feel like that forever! Well yesterday I realized that I am not hungry in between shakes or after my lean and green and, for a few hours, I felt like maybe the diet isn't working b/c I've ALWAYS been hungry on other programs. I know...strange, but I actually was afraid that I was gaining weight b/c I felt so satisfied. Hmmmmm.......

I think I'm over it now, but has anyone else had those crazy thoughts???

:whoohoo:

That is the best part about MF. Once you get to that point, I think it took me about 2 weeks you don't feel hungry or crave junk food anymore. It makes the losing weight process go by much easier.

My DH doesn't want to eat in front of me except during my L&G meal. I keep telling him it's okay that I really don't mind not being able to have what he's having. And I meant it. That's weird...

i went to a b-ball game and took some water and soy crisps. as people scarfed hot dogs and nachos around me, i was shocked that it bothered me for all of 5 seconds.
mf is really great because you are almost never hungry.

MF is great. I've found that I'm almost never physically hungry but I do get emotionally hungry where I crave specific items. I just have to keep myself busy to get past it.

It really is a wonderful feeling when you realize that you need to eat to live not live to eat!!! When you eat every 2.5 -3 hours, you really DON'T get hungry. Never thought I would be at that point either.

Isn't it great, 'Skinny???

Isn't it amazing that our bodies were designed to function this way if we just give it the right fuel??? I'm so glad I got to learn that lesson!!

Keep up the great work!
