Welcome back! The Medifast Track is busy with many people getting their life and quest for health reorganized. It is not an easy task to avoid those
foody temptations but once we get a few weeks of program success behind us, our desires for snacking and those high fat/high calorie foods do not seem to have the draw they once did. Doesn’t it feel good to be in control of food now and to not let the pizza and cheesecake win?
Life is so much better as we make progress with our lifestyle and we see the pounds begin to melt away.
