Thanks to everyone for the very positive motivation. I'm thinking that the next picture will be when I hit the 100# loss goal. This program has been so easy to stay on track and I love not having to think too hard about what I can and can't have.

Wow, you look so much younger, too, aren't you glad you did it? Let's get Old Guy in here next, I had a picture of me at my heaviest at Niagara Falls, so fat I was wearing my boyfriend's shorts and stuffing an ice cream cone in my mouth, it wasn't even that good, like I needed an ice cream cone. I burned it, now I wish I would have saved it, I'll NEVER see those days again.

Well I'm not at my goal yet but I do have a picture of me in my Service Dress Whites. The occasion was my step-son's re-enlistment in the Navy. He's stationed here in CT at the Submarine Base. He asked me to swear him in and it was a great opportunity to see how I looked in my whites. We went out for lunch afterwards and I stayed on plan quite easily with a grilled chicked breast and a small side salad. I will, as promised, post a picture of me in my blues once I reach goal. I tried them on a couple days ago and they fit but will look MUCH better with the rest of the lard off.
