Here we go again...this time for real!

Postby vetstudent » March 6th, 2006, 12:54 pm

Hello everyone!

I am starting the program again (day 2)...I made it five days last time before I fell off the bandwagon...not only did I fall, I think I bounced.. :?

But I am ready to do this, I am going to use this support system and I am going to get this extra weight off. I think I will use the roll call too, maybe, it is a little daunting.

Thanks for sharing your stories. I can use all of the support I can get!

Welcome, vetstudent. If you're at Fort Collins, you're at a great vet school!!!!

Sorry you had trouble the first time, but hopefully you'll do better this time. Just remember that even if you DO slip, it doesn't mean you need to fall off the wagon completely. Just grab hold and hop back on. You're never more than three hours away from being back on plan.

Hang in there, and come here as often as you need to for support. (And do you have a Health Adviser? If not, they can assign you one. HAs are a great resource, too, and someone you can talk to if you find yourself ready to stray.)

VetStudent ~

You have a great plan - reading here, checking in frequently and reporting your weight loss each week in the Roll Call does help us to keep accountable to one another.

Woo hoo! It's Day 2! You are on your way toward your goal.

Happy tails to you!
